Upon arrival at the location, we discovered that a bathtub leakage from the upstairs unit had caused extensive damage to the ceiling of the lower unit.

To repair the bathtub leakage, we proceeded to demolish tiles and remove part of the wall to gain access to a ½ inch copper pipe that had a poor welding joint. We then completed a series of tests to ensure the leak was repaired. Following the tests, we fixed the wall and tiles of the second-floor unit so we could begin to repair the ceiling of the unit below.

In the ground-floor unit, we removed the damaged sheetrock and dried all of the affected areas, then installed new sheetrock and applied a finish. We completed this job within 1 day
