The property management office needed to update the building’s outdated roof ventilation grilles and blowers to provide a better quality of life to the residents. We removed all the old structures and replaced them with the newest manual ventilation grilles, repaired the duct apertures and walls, replaced the ventilation blowers, removed and replaced the wooden boxes used as bases for the blowers, and waterproofed the area.
