The roof surface was in need of recoating to keep it in prime condition. The safety and wellbeing of the inhabitants of the building were top priority. To prepare the flat roof for the new coating, we cleaned and scraped it to remove the damaged roofing material and create an even surface, pressure washed the area and repaired any remaining damaged roofing material as needed. We then applied GACO elastomeric coating to the entire flat roof (20,000 sq. ft.), waterproofed the roof, and appropriately removed and disposed of all roofing debris.
