Our team received a call for an emergency valve replacement job in a multifamily complex comprised of 40 units. We demolished walls (as needed), removed the existing valves, supplied and installed new ball valves, and installed new fittings and pipes. We also repaired stucco, which included stucco frame construction and painting, and supplied and installed an access cover lid. The existing water shut-off valves were removed and replaced with ½”x⅜” valves for the toilets, vanity, and kitchen. We provided and installed the new valves and fittings, and completed pipe wall repairs where needed. Finally, we completed a plumbing cleanout repair to provide a place to conveniently access the building’s drain pipes for clearing clogs and debris.
