Food Court Restaurant Renovation

AM Florida Builders completed a full commercial renovation for a restaurant located in the food court of a shopping mall in South Florida.

The project began with the demolition of the existing interior finishes, followed by new framing and drywall installation to redefine the layout. We prepared and finished the walls specifically to accommodate the installation of decorative vinyl graphics, aligning with the brand’s visual identity. Our team also installed illuminated channel letters in compliance with the franchise’s signage requirements. The scope of work included interior painting, an upgraded electrical system, and the installation of modern light fixtures to enhance the customer experience. The renovation was completed with new ceiling tiles, delivering a polished and functional space. The result was a fully updated restaurant, ready for operation in a high-traffic retail environment.
