Bank Plumbing Installation

AM Florida Builders completed the commercial plumbing installation for a new bank construction project in Waterleigh, Florida.

The project began with the installation of pipe sleeves within the building foundations before the concrete pour, allowing proper routing of the plumbing systems. Our team then completed the excavation and installation of the underground plumbing infrastructure for the main building.

After inspections were approved, we installed the plumbing systems within the slab and continued with the roof drainage system, including roof drains, overflow drains, and storm drainage components. The project also included drainage installation for the bank’s drive-thru area.

The final phase involved installing the plumbing fixtures and completing all remaining systems to deliver a fully functional and code-compliant commercial plumbing system for the new banking facility.
