Our team recently renovated offices and break rooms across several floors of a government building.
To begin, we protected all adjacent areas to prevent construction damage. We tightly sealed partitions and ceilings to maintain fire ratings. In addition, our crew installed new sound insulation in the walls to ensure privacy between offices.
Next, we upgraded the kitchen areas with modern sustainable strategies. We installed new ceramic backsplashes along with premium cabinetry, sinks, and faucets. Furthermore, our technicians blended vinyl and carpet tiles to create a finished look. We also added new vinyl baseboards to complete the aesthetic.
Regarding plumbing, we installed a new waste drain and tied it into the existing system. Our team also provided new vent lines and all domestic water supply lines. During this process, we were very careful with demolition. As a result, we partially recycled many materials for the office build-out.
Finally, AM Florida Builders used a phased approach for this project. This method helped us accommodate employees working near the construction zones. Consequently, we completed the renovation with minimal disruption to daily operations.
